Challenge & Background
The Texas International Education Consortium (TIEC) is a Texas-based nonprofit that provides consulting services to educational institutions around the world. TIEC partnered with Greenflag Media to lead the full redesign, development, and migration of their website.
We assessed the website and derived severyal criticial project deliverables
- Obviously delivering an accessible and scope correct website that ties in to TIEC's pain points.
- But along with that TIEC needed to restructure their website architecture, migrate their CMS content and implement a membership portal.
Our Execution
Our work addressed key challenges related to page management, scalability, accessibility, and outdated design. The new site is modern, user-friendly, and fully accessible, with streamlined navigation that ensures users can reach any page within three clicks.
We also implemented enterprise-grade security protocols to support TIEC’s global operations. Additionally, we focused on enhancing the site's performance by optimizing load times and ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers.
Greenflag wrapped up the project along with training and a maintenance plan within 6 months, ensuring TIEC's team was fully equipped to manage the new platform effectively.
