Challenge & Background

The HIV Caucus, also known as USPLHIV, serves as a vital coalition of networks dedicated to unifying and amplifying the voices of individuals living with HIV. Our mission is to ensure that these voices are heard and represented in policy-making and community initiatives. The website was meticulously designed to support multilingual functionality, ensuring accessibility for a diverse audience. Aesthetic engagement was prioritized to create an inviting and informative user experience.

One of the most significant challenges we faced was the migration of hundreds of URLs and publications into a secure, member-only portal. This task required careful planning and execution to maintain the integrity and accessibility of the information.

Our Execution

Our comprehensive approach included a meticulous site migration process, ensuring that all existing content was seamlessly transferred to the new platform without any data loss. We also focused on robust web development practices to enhance the site's functionality and user experience. By integrating third-party tools, we expanded the site's capabilities, allowing for more dynamic interactions and features. Utilizing the Webflow CMS, we provided a flexible and user-friendly content management system that empowers the Caucus to easily update and manage their site content.

Our partnership has evolved into ongoing support, where we continuously work on SEO strategies to increase the site's visibility and reach, further supporting the Caucus's mission.

"They provided everything and still delivered ahead of time; it was pretty impressive. We did touch-based meetings, and they walked us through the whole project from beginning to end. Overall, we were closely engaged with them, so it was like talking to a co-worker."
