What We Did
Challenge & Background
The Council for Court Excellence (CCE) approached Greenflag Media with a challenge common to large, established nonprofits: the need to redesign their website while managing the migration of more than 4,000 existing web pages. One of CCE's primary pain points was the absence of a dedicated search function for their extensive library of over 800 resources. This made it difficult for users to find specific materials quickly.
Additionally, the existing platform lacked the flexibility for staff to easily edit or create new pages, which hindered their ability to keep content current and relevant. Furthermore, the website's outdated design failed to provide a visually engaging user experience, which is crucial for maintaining visitor interest and engagement.
Our Execution
Our team began with a comprehensive site assessment to identify key areas for improvement and develop a structured migration plan that emphasized usability, performance, and long-term content governance. We conducted user research to understand the needs and behaviors of the site's audience, ensuring that the new design would be intuitive and user-friendly. Once the strategy was finalized, we moved into front-end development to implement the new design across a responsive and accessible framework.
This included optimizing the site for mobile devices and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards. The updated site balances modern design with clear organization, helping CCE better serve educators, students, and partners nationwide. The project is currently in its final stage, with a full launch scheduled for next month.
