United Way Dollarwise

Project Overview:

Full-stack branding and web development solutions for large NGO program

The Challenge

United Ways of California reached out to us for branding and help setting up an online presence for their new financial literacy program/initiative. Our target audience for this project was working aged persons in the state of California with our goal being to develop a brand that spoke to what United Way was offering and a web solution that prompted continued engagement

The Execution

We knew we had a lot of issues to simultaneously address with the new redesign. We kicked off with a round of interviews with stakeholders and staff to further flush out pain-points. From there we got to work on developing a site-map with which we designed a high-fidelity mockup

After approval on mockups we kicked off development and after a few months had a product we could user-test and ultimately launch

Measured Impact

210% Increase in Memberships | 94% Program Engagement
